·         This is the basic layout size of your website

·         We do not negotiate different layouts or formats

·         You must also give us your colour scheme suggestions but we are happy to recommend in this area

·         You must give us the basic wording for each page and we will then modify it

·         Your images must be sent to us in .jpg or .gif format and returned to us with your text and website template selection  within one week of ordering your website

·         The sooner you submit this information, the quicker your website will be up and running

·         Domain name purchase and hosting are extra on top of the website package cost 

·         If you do not have a domain name, we will recommend three for you to choose from and you must select one of the domains suggested

·         Modifications and changes to the completed website are charged at an hourly rate which will be quoted at time of enquiry of change required

·         Commencement of work requires 50% of cost of website paid and once the website is completed, you will be sent a link to view how your site will look.

·         The sooner you submit this information, the quicker your website will be up and running

·         The balance must then be paid and when this is received, we will then upload your page and it will be live and completed

·         We do not create sites with shopping carts /online shops/or newsletters
